Master built 30" electric smoker from Lowe's
So far done pork ribs.....ok

Turkey breast...trouble
I may call or send a email to master built, found out that the meat probe is off by 30degrees, will verify it tomorrow.
Now I am wondering if the whole controller is off.....have trouble making smoke, wood chips just turn black no ash....air damper wide open or closed makes no difference.
I was smoking/cooking a 9lb turkey breast today and was going to pull it at 167 degrees (with inserted meat probe)
meat probe said 167 but the turkey breast just did'nt look right, verified with another (taylor) digital temp probe that I use on the gas grill, found that the master built was some 30 degrees off, I even checked for the same depth of both probes at the same location...going to verify with some more readings tomorrow...
