Hello from the PNW, I've got about a dozen chicken appendage smoking sessions and a couple of smoke sessions doing pork shoulders that have successfully turned into pulled pork. I'm on a loaner traeger at the moment (older unit) and some day home to have my own pellet smoker because I love this stuff so far
