Here is why I wanted the kicker sauce recipes the other day
one is a Carolina gold recipe and the other a Carolina kicker sauce and they are in the mason jars but the butt
they were both awesome sauces and the pulled pork was awesome and juicy, and one of the best barks I ever got
I rubbed the butt with some mustard, brown sugar and various spices then smoked the butt at around 230, with some good ole hickory dust, I took it off at an IT at 205 and it fell apart, was moist and was delicious
