Turned out great.. gonna cook it tomorrow..

I know... hmm... I will try smoking it next time.. I'm just getting started .. I'm making some bean soup now with some of my buckboard chunks.. gonna do it in the slow cooker while at work tomorrow.. I am eating my Canadian bacon tonight.. with fried potatoes and eggs..
I can try feeding all the people at work soon. With Pastrami and fixings .. They loved the pulled pork from the ECM ..

Now that's a good meal for Any Time of Day!!:)

After a nice slow cooker vacation, the corned beef was finally on the plate.
Took the stuff out of the crock pot and put in another pot.
Put more cabbage , potatoes and carrots in the crock to cook up more for later.

I got a batch of polish sausage.. aka kielbasa today at a market in the area. Dearborn Mich company by me makes stuff.. I wanted to use up all my cabbage and potatoes..and carrots leftover from the corned beef..

Gonna cook this and brown it a tad in butter to have with the leftovers.
