Made the best wings and Mac n cheese I have ever made using my YS640 along with AMZTS.

I injected half my wings with creole butter and the other half with a mixture of Creole butter and chipotle bbq sauce.

The Mac n cheese was made with white cheddar, smoked gouda, medium cheddar, Monterrey jack, cream cheese and bacon bits.

I set the smoker to 275 and smoked with hickory pellets in the hopper and the AMZTS. It took around 2.5 hours to smoke everything up.

Thanks to everyone on SMF for the great ideas.

Are you kidding me!?!!!?!!!!!! That looks amazing! How is the flavor of the Mac? Never tried that before. Is it really smokey or more subtle?
 
The Mac n cheese is great. It has a nice subtle smoke flavor.
