Made the best wings and Mac n cheese I have ever made using my YS640 along with AMZTS.
I injected half my wings with creole butter and the other half with a mixture of Creole butter and chipotle bbq sauce.
The Mac n cheese was made with white cheddar, smoked gouda, medium cheddar, Monterrey jack, cream cheese and bacon bits.
I set the smoker to 275 and smoked with hickory pellets in the hopper and the AMZTS. It took around 2.5 hours to smoke everything up.
