Beings bologna falls in the sausage catagory.

Thumann's going to be cut and smoked soon. Whole 6lb chub into 3 chubs.

The best thing about bologna is it's already cooked before you smoke it. 2# chubs are the perfect size, what is your plan for seasoning? Slather or not, rub? I took a couple of trays like this to the neighborhood watering hole and it was devoured in record time.
