So, smoking this monster for dinner. I've read several things on the temp to remove it. I cant decide between the two favourites of 115 or 135. 115 seems a little low to me, what is your advice?

I pull mine close to the desired temp and dig in. Even though the steak is rather thick, you probably won’t rest it so there won’t be much temperature climb.

Looks pretty darn good from here!
Nice & juicy, although I like mine a bit more rare!
But I'd eat your steak in a heartbeat!
