I prep and rub mine the night before, then wrap or cover and put in the fridge to cook the next day. Wrap them good, or else your fridge will smell like raw rubbed ribs!
Thanks all. another question. If my ribs are packed in some kind of solution (AKA Hormel Always Tender, didn't notice til after I bought them), would I want to cut back some on the salt in the rub, or doesn't that solution have much salt in it?
