Hi, I'm from Mid-Missouri and I got an electric smoker for Christmas and I LOVE IT!!  We are defininetly having fun trying new things.  So far my favorite has been a pork loin and the bacon wrapped chicken breasts.  We also love your rub and sauce recipe.  I am dying to try a brisket but I'm a little scared.

Briskets aren't difficult. They just take a long time and like it low and slow. Fell free to ask questions and check out the search tool up top there.

Welcome to SMF! The site is a good place to learn all the things you don't know. I am now taking the 5-day e-course. The course is free and it's packed with lots of great information whether your a newbie smoker or been at it awhile....Good luck with that brisket. Saint Patty's day is just a few days away...
