New to Smoking . Did a brisket and a couple pork shoulders on a Masterbuilt 40 electric smoker . Long night , but well worth it . Everyone loved it !
Also new to posting on forums . Love the info you can find .
Btw . What does ABT stand for ?
Chicken Tacos ABT ?

TBird35, welcome to SMF!  Glad you're here and enjoying success on your MES.

ABT?  It is a hot pepper (usually a jalapeno) stuffed with ground meat and other goodies, wrapped in bacon, then smoked.  The flavor and construction varieties are just about infinite, restricted only by your imagination.  Due to it's shape and hot ingredients, it is affectionately known as an Atomic Buffalo Turd.  Colorful, huh?

Enjoy the forum!
