Hello, all. Just joined the SMF about 15 minutes ago after perusing it as a guest. My nickname is Butch and I Currently reside in east central Florida (about 1 hour away from Walt Disney World). Have been doing a lot of research on pellet smokers and I think I have come to the conclusion that the one I would like to "get my feet wet" with is the Grilla Silverbac pellet grill. As a newbie to the smoking meat world it seems to me that this model might fit my needs as a beginner. I look forward to learning from the experienced people in this forum and enjoying (hopefully) my new experince with a pellet grill.
