Thought I would send preliminary Qview on what is being prepared for New Years day around here. Of course I had to start with fatties and ATBs for the friends who want to come watch me perform. LOL (I think they just want to eat and drink at my expense.) We are having BBribs and pulled pork and brisket. Smoking will be finished sometime New Years morning
