New to the group! WSM smoker, Weber charcoal kettle mostly

Hey guys and gals!
Just started smoking last couple years on an actual dedicated smoker (Weber Smokey Mountain Bullet).. Usually do ribs and chicken, going to try a butt soon (will be looking for advice on that!). Doing up 4 racks of ribs tomorrow, just bought Jeff's rib rub recipe and may give that a shot! Ive gotten a ton of compliments and love smoking....I love meat and can't wait to keep learning! I'm from eastern Canada and the weather is looking nice, so here.we.go!!!
