Hello all. I'm new to the forum. I'm a general contractor but getting into smoking hams and bacon for a local butcher. I've done a lot of smoking, anywhere from jerky on a Masterbuilt electric smoker to 100 plus lbs of pork butt on tow behind stick burner.
I'm in the process of building cooker for hams and bacon. I have an insulated stainless steel cabinet with double doors measuring 26 deep 46 wide 59 tall ID.
Looking for recommendations for electric heating element to run something that size. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
