Just wanted to stop in and say hi. I am a new member from St Louis MO. I have been lurking on the forum for awhile and learning some teriffic things from so many people here. I finally decided to get off my rump and contribute.
I am a long time smoker and griller. One of my passions in life is to BBQ. I grill or smoke something at least 2-3 times a week. Right now as far as equipment goes I have a Grand Cafe SS cabinet smoker and a Chargriller DUO with a side firebox. I am also working on my grill island which I will install my Cal Flame 4 burner with rotissiere and Infared burner.
I am up tonight doing my first brisket on my first all night smoke. Have smoked a lot of things just never tried a brisket. I have a qvue post going on that in the beef forum.
Lastly I want to thank everyone for the great ideas and recipes. Dutch's Wicked beans are the bomb and Rivet's Brisket finishing sauce also rocks. Look forward to speaking with all you!
