Decided to join after lurking off and on for a few years.Trained chef,got burned out on the lifestyle,driving now for a living.Alone most of the time at work and enjoy it!Raise a few hogs,chickens and hunt and fish.MES smoker and mosthe everything else we need to process our own meat.Walk-in cooler.Next year I'll try to build a real smokehouse,if time permits.Reason for joining,in the process of restoring a Hobart 411,and seen BH's thread and loved the work he put into it.No idea how old the one I got is,blade has a mark from May 1948?Hope to learn some new tricks!
