hey-1st post-from-hamilton, ON. canada-i have 3 smokers now-a burnt out brinkman water-a lil chief-and a new cuisinart. i currently am only using the cuisinart-i received this as a gift-have no idea how to use this-it was a present-came with no instructions-no recipes-nothing-its completely different than the brinkman-ive used it like 5 times with ok results-then it burnt out-well i thought it did-took it apart and realized the unit had almost caught fire-and probably would have burnt the house down-ive never seen anything wired this poorly in my life-they must have law suits on their hands-anyways-i dont know how to use this-its very similar to the masterbuilt electric smoker-ive googled both smokers to find out how to operate properly and get recipes-no luck-thats what brought me here-any help-very much appreciated-thanks-sorry about the length of this post-beach
