What's happening everyone. I'm just getting started in smoking. Had a great year deer hunting and have made several batches of venison snack sticks and I'm looking to learn a bunch more.

I'm from the hastings area. In between kalamazoo and battle creek. I've spent alot of time in Ludington. Absolutely love it up there.
This is the first batch of venison snack sticks. One batch we put in the smoker and one we put in the smoker.........Smoker won hands down.
