LOL. Oh she thinks the posts and the replies are pretty comical. She does however think that its silly for a bunch of grown men, (no offense to our female smokers out there) that we talk about meat and post pictures of them. I told her earlier (jokingly of course) that if she talks anymore trash about us men smoking meat, that the backhoe is in the shed and ready to go

If she should ever stray from reality again may I suggest this. I had family gathering pulled pork the whole 9 yards. Well accepting all my accolades my brother kept quiet. So I asked him if his meal was okay. He asked how much time I had spent on this meal. Told him roughly 19 hours he said well he didn't think it was worth the time spent. So at our next gathering it was requested to have me make the same meal again. Now my brother bellies up to the counter with a plate and I said wait a minute. I have something special for you that will not take much time to prepare. Handed him 2 hot dogs, 2 buns and escorted him to the grill. Here this shouldn't take you very long and I am sure you will enjoy them more then what I prepared. lol Should have seen the look on his face. So he apologized I said good but before you eat like the rest of us you must now come over and do the next butts. He did and now he can't say enough good things.

Damn im falling off my chair I love that! My wife threw me out about 2 months ago... I packed up all my stuff and said "ok whos gonna cook for you now?" I got my smokers and all my stuff and she's beggin me to come back. Opened her eyes and my in-laws are wonderin where the que is gonna come from now. Much better off where I am now, she's hurtin' but I'll be damned to go back after doing my darndest to keep a unhappy woman happy. Her loss is how im lookin at it!
