I've had this pic since Dads Pig Roast and been meanin to post it. I had made up way to much meat for the moink balls for the pig roast and had this 2 pound loaf left over. I laid it in a bread pan and pushed the middle down and stuffed it with spinach, bacon, and feta cheese. Put more meat on top and made a little trough for another wad of feta. I know what to do with the leftover moink meat now. I mix mine with hamburger, italian sausage and breakfast sausage. I had spent 2 days smokin so this one actually went into the oven. I'm gonna have to do it again in the smoker.
