Low carb ain’t so bad! Easiest way to diet in my opinion. Burgers done on the kamado joe soapstone with caremalized onions.
Been eating low carb since Oct 2013. Lost 107 lbs. was 337 now 230. holding steady. Go down to 212 if I stop drinking craft beer and whiskey, Irish and American. My cardiologist loves my numbers and is amazed. Triglycerides at 66 and cholesterol is 153. Eat 140 to 160 eggs a month and bacon every day. Meat 3 times a day and select veggies for dinner only. Nuts, walnuts, pecans etc. for snacks. It works. Get rid of the starches and sugars.
