Has anyone ever had Lee smoked sausage? They are regional out of South Georgia. They are made by the same folks that produce Lee smoked hams and the “Georgia Boy” sausages.
As a novice, I can’t say what type or family of sausage these sausages are, but they are heavily smoked and are completely unlike most breakfast sausages. I’ll attach a picture.
Any advice or suggestions on how I can work towards being able to produce something similar ?
