  • 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth or stock

I am new to this so here we go

add chicken strips spice and stir to coat. then gently add chicken broth....

Poultry setting for 15 min with a 10 min wait before release

A bit more work... take chicken out and saute liquid down to nothing...

Cancel saute...
Put chicken back in and stir so the chicken absorbs the condensed broth

That's the same pot my daughter bought for 30 bucks . Turns out great food .

I love my 8qtr instant pot, a very versatile piece of equipment. That along with my 36in and 17in blackstone griddles and weber 22in performer grill and WSM 22in smoker about the only equipment in the kitchen I have used this summer is the fridge and oven(once in a while). TIS the season to cook out side.
