- 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth or stock

add chicken strips spice and stir to coat. then gently add chicken broth....
Poultry setting for 15 min with a 10 min wait before release
A bit more work... take chicken out and saute liquid down to nothing...
Cancel saute...
Put chicken back in and stir so the chicken absorbs the condensed broth
