smoking ribs today and they got done a lot quicker than I expected. What is the best way to keep them warm before serving time?

Try wrapping in foil, then in a couple towels and place in an empty cooler/ice chest.

^^^this is what I do^^^

I think they taste better with a decent rest too.

Cardboard on top of the towels will help insulate it even better and maintain the heat, especially if stored in a big cooler.

My ribs always get grilled so I'd cool em down and sear n sauce on the grill for dinner.
