Well, I never saw b/s legs before....however, they will not crisp up in a smoker like thighs on a grill would. So, what I would do is hit them with some smoke for maybe 30 minutes or so to get some smoky taste to them and then finish on the grill to get some sear and char. In my opinion (only) and experience with marinated b/s thighs on the grill I prefer a nice, slight char on the meat. I normally use Yoshidas marinade for a quick Asian flavor and find that very tasty indeed......Willie
