i am still trying to get my picture on the post how do i do that any help would be helpful

Go to an image hosting site like photobucket.
Sign up then choose what size you want your pictures. I do 800x600

The after you up your pictures to the site you want to hover over the picture, several selections will pop up for you to copy and paste, to get the pics to show in your post select the IMGCode and then paste it in the post and you're good to go.
