New here from Huron County, Ontario. I've been smoking peppers for several years now, jalapenos, sweet shepherds and habaneros mostly. We've been selling our spices and hot sauces at local farmers markets for a few years and I'm looking to scale it up. Hoping to get some ideas for building a smokehouse where I can do at least 3 or 4 bushels at a time.
