Hello Everyone,

I am new to smoking and new to the forums as well. I have lurked a bit over the last few weeks and I already need to say thank you for all of the information so far!
I purchased a Chargriller Duo a couple of months ago and added the side fire box for smoking. I have smoked a couple of butts and a brisket and chicken so far and they turned out pretty nicely. I tried my first fatty this weekend as well, and I can say it was successful.
I look forward to being a member of this community!

Regards,
