Thank you for the join. I live in Ottawa, Ontario and just purchased my first smoker. It's an electric Masterbuilt. I have been looking for months and at the advice of friends decided to start small. My first attempt today will be smoked chicken quarters and shrimp. My chicken is currently brining. Wish me luck! I look forward to exchanging ideas and being inspired from this group.
