Heart Healthy Boneless & Skinless Thighs (Air Fryer)

I know, I’m making too many of these thighs, but this Air Fryer makes them so darn good!!!

So I gave them all a light coat of Olive Oil, and into the Crisper Basket, nice side down.
Then into the #360 set @380° for 40 minutes, knowing it won’t be more than 35 minutes.
Then at 25 Minutes I paused the Fryer, removed the basket, flipped them all over & gave them a coat of Jeff’s BBQ Sauce. Took their Temps & stuck the basket back in.
Then at 32 minutes I removed the Basket & checked that they were all done.

For the First night I had 2 Thighs, and a half a plate of Home Fried Potatoes (Mrs Bear Style).

Then the Second Night I had 2 Sliced up Thighs, and 6 slices of a Baked Potato, fried in butter.
Some Kelchner’s Pineapple Teriyaki on the Chicken & some “No-Salt” and some pieces of BBB on the Tater slices.

These were Great Meals & the #360 made them so easy.

Thanks for stopping by again!!

Looks good Bear, our new oven has a built in air-fryer. May have to give this a go when the weather turns cold around here. Which will probably be next week. I can't believe the leaves are already starting to change color.

Point for sure
