How many times do we ask ourselves that, way too often and more and more often the older we get.
And on the subject of getting older, it is with great pride that today we celebrated our youngest son's 18th birthday!
Tradition in our family says you choose the menu for your birthday meal.
He chose Ribeye steaks, Seared Scallops and Grilled Pineapple.
I can do that.
Ribeye Steaks
Dry brined overnight, really keeps them juicy and tenderizes too.
Cooked to 135°
Served with chimichurri
Seared Scallops
Salted and air dried in the fridge
Seared in cast iron
Grilled Honey Cinnamon Pineapple

Believe it or not he chose Talenti Gelato
