Simple and easy today. Ground a 15lb brisket and made a few burgers. Chupacabra for me.

I know for a fact that was a good burger! I ground a 18 pounder a coupke weeks ago that I had in the frezer because at that time there was no ground beef to be found. Hands down the best burgers ive ever had. I'm going to be grinding brisket more often .
 
Yes i did trim the brisket. I would say a very good 85/15. The fat trim i saved and going to render down so i can make some pemmican.

that burger and plate look fabulous! next beef grind will be a brisket here.
 
Awesome . Just did brisket burgers the other night . They are fantastic . Be grinding a full packer when this is all over .
