I got my first smoker for my birthday a few months ago so I decided to try it out. I did a Boston butt. I cooked it at about 280 for 7 hours on an 18” Weber Smokey Mountain. Wrapped it in foil at 160 degrees and added some apple juice and let it cook until it reached 205. It turned out great.

Looks like you got a nice bark on there and at 205º I'd bet it pulled real nice. Nice piece of work, you're off and smokin' now! Like, RAY
