Hey guys, I have been researching info on here for years and finally sat down to sign up.  I am from Minnesnowta and have been hooked on smoking since I got my first smoker back in high school.  I am currently in the process of a fridge conversion that I have some questions on but I will post the question and pics on that thread.  I am happy to be a part of this knowledgeable smoking community.  Happy smoking!
