  1. Picked up a Camp Chef PG24ZG slide and grill at Dicks, they had a 20% coupon, I'm loving it so far. Smoked a roaster chicken and it was great. So now I smoked a Pork butt and it was one of my best butts ever. Just did a simple AJ with some rub injection and rubbed with dry rub the night before. Smoked till 175 when wrapped tight in foil with about 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar finishing sauce added to that. Smoked till 205 and rested for 30 min and pulled. I used Pitt Boss Apple pellets which gave it a nice light smoke flavor.

Looks like a "classic pulled pork" presentation. Seems like you found a tool you can really master. Congratulations.

From the looks of the pp picture - I'd say it was money well spent.

Point for sure
