So finally ventured to put together a fattie and smoke it on the GOSM. Picked up 2.5 lbs of mild italian sausage from the store. Chopped up yellow and green pepper, red onion, and pepper jack cheese along with some cajun seasoning for the filling. Will update pics with progress.
