After a very very long time of searching and researching smokers I’m finally pulling the trigger! I decided on a medium t@k reverse flow cabinet smoker! These smokers are amazing! The build quality and capacity for the money can not be beat in my opinion!
Here’s the specs !!

1/8 inch steel on the inside
14 gauge outside

Welded in heat deflector that’s 3/16 thick

Fully welded construction even tie downs only things not welded is the diamond plate accessories

Door drip guard welded on

Diamond plate top
Diamond plate drip tray

Stainless water pan 1 inch above heat deflector .

Doesn’t have to be used with water

6 inch casters

4 racks 6 inches apart 16x22 racks
7 rack locations .. easily holds 3 racks of baby backs per rack!!!21 RACKS!!!!!!
8 to 12 butts!!

1 inch insulation

Welded on color matched handle for moving the smoker

2 stainless handles .... one on door and one on fire box!

Average around a pound of charcoal an hour with a basket that holds about 20 pounds!

Removable rain cap
Here are some pics of the progress of my smoker ! The pic of the grey one is to just give you guys an extra idea of what it will look like ! Mine will be gloss black! Should have it in about 3 weeks!!
