Dino Bones Again!

Had a couple of nice racks come home with me again.....I told em' I didn't want em'. They just didn't listen.

So I seasoned them with some basic  prime rib rub and some pecan smoke on the UDS. Foiled them for an hour and a half with some johnnys aujus after the first 3hours.Sauced them up for the last hour or so. they were just right!!! Heres the Qview.

Now those are what I call beef ribs!  It sure does pay to "know the butcher!"  I've had a taste for some beef ribs, but can't find any nearly as beefy as those.  Hey -- I'm going to Port Clinton tomorrow -- I could stop by for some!!!

Sure can!  I can cut you some up in the morning.  The store is about 45 mins from PC.  My house is about 25 mins from PC on the way....I could take tham home with me if you wont be around till after 3:00pm.  Let me know.

After 4 hours in the hot sun prepping my deck for stain I come in to cool of and eat a PB&J and I log in to see this.
