I need to know how you did the ribs. I have done beef ribs & they were nasty. Whats your secret?
You are getting a lot of great advice from the real experts on here. My advice is season them how want and smoke them low and slow till they reach 190-200 degrees. This batch was on for 8-10 hours

I raise my own beef & will be getting one back from the butcher in a couple of weeks, so this will be helpful when its time to do the ribs. Thanks!
 
Not sure how I missed this earlier, but looks great! Hmmm, I may have some short ribs in the freezer, lol! I'll need to give those beans a shot too :)
