Tomorrow I’m doing ribs, I’m taking a leap away from my smoke hollow smoker and using my dads master built smoker, I’m doing a few racks of ribs (got that covered) my question is I have a lot of frozen chicken breasts .. I want to do a few with the ribs, but guessing timing is critical. Any suggestions?? I’m going to try and have everything done by 5, ribs going in at 11@225

My advice is to put a probe in one of those breasts to see when it hits 165. In my offset there is a hot side by the firebox. That’s where I would put those pieces of chicken. At 225 I’d expect those to take over an hour but if they are relatively thin they may not even take that long. Good luck with the smoker.
