Is this what is best to emulsify meats? I can grab one locally for $50. Is there a better tool than this?

Whelp the guy finally replied and it's already sold. He has this Samson juicer for $50 too. Anyone familiar with it?

Lem makes a Juicer for their grinder . The attachment looks like the Champion .
Wonder if it works the same ?
One is for the 1224 grinder , and one for the Big bite .

I was wondering the same thing there gotta be other attachments or juicers that do stuff like this …. We also discussed why someone doesn’t make a budget friendly emulsifier with this technology??

For a juicer to work as a meat emulsifier the juicer must be of mastication design. The Champion is and the LEM attachment is not. It’s the teeth on the Champion’s cone that emulsify, I’m sure there are other masticating juicers out there that would work but the Champion is probably the best built.

Thanks for your help guys I've been making bologna with a kitchaid. I want to try hot dogs and get a better texture for my bologna.
