Hi all new member from iowa, Ive been lurking around for a few days now and decided i better make a formal introduction of my self. Im a college student coming back to the farm and as my title implies we got lots of beef and i look forward to eating it! been smoking for 1 year on a 55 gal drum smoker (think BDS) i made, and a week ago I finally got a legit somker and very excited, done a chiken and currently doing a chuck and rump roast. well thats about all look forward to meeting yall.
