Carnivore Night!!

This is what happens when the wife and daughter are out of town for a few days…

As my friend Brokenhandle would say… this is what happens when left unsupervised!

Sorry for the lack of pics… but the son and I had a blackened NY strip with a mushroom and onion balsamic reduction!

Also, added to the mix some cilantro lime topped shrimp slow simmered in some garlic and butter sauce…

Pretty decent meal for a carnivore night!

Was a tasty meal with my son… thanks for looking all!

I do need to add… that we used the fine china tonight as my good ol Cajun buddy foamheart would always say! Miss ya buddy!
