Hi there-
I have noticed there are quite a few Canadians on the forum. I am a transplanted Texan living in Canada- AB specifically- as you may or may not know the meats regularly available in the grocery store are quite different. At home...Brisket and Pork Butts are always in stock. Here I see ribs, roasts, pork tenderloins....

Just curious- other than ribs....what are your favorite meats to smoke that you usually see available at the store?

(making my shopping list for a smoke tomorrow)

here to many snowbirds to little freezer space-110 today enjoy your cool.I have all at hand just came home with 2 14# briskets.and ya I hear hard to cypher meats there.

Looks like you need to find a good butcher shop. It is the same way here in Windsor.
