Recently I tried this recipe. My husband and kids just loved it. It is very simple, but it had a unique flavor.
Garlicky Broiled Salmon and Tomatoes
Skinless salmon fillets
4 medium sized halved tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
Kosher salt and black pepper ( since it does not have much spice, I added some quality spices http://www.hortonspicemills.com to get flavor)
½ teaspoon paprika
8 sprigs fresh thyme
4 garlic cloves, sliced
First smoke the salmons.
Heat the broiler and place the tomatoes and salmons in a broiler proof roasting pan with the cut side up.
Drizzle them with olive oil and season them with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the salmon with paprika and scatter thyme and garlic over the top.
Broil until salmon becomes opaque and tomatoes become tender.
Serve it.
You can use any other spice according to your taste. Hope you'll love it
