2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1 tbsp celery salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup water
2 - 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp fat-free margarine [??]
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except margarine and chicken. Heat margarine in a large skillet. Saute chicken for 5 minutes. Place chicken in a shallow baking pan.
