Bacon breakfast, er, dinner sammie.

Didn't feel like doing any cooking after I got home last night. So I asked the wife to cook up some of my homemade bacon. And made a bacon, egg, and cheese muffin. That hit the spot!

SH, I had almost the same thing for breakfast, homemade Canadian bacon instead of pork belly bacon though.
