On my very first try........Beer Butt Chicken........fresh off the smoker. Jeff's rub inside and out, and mixed in with the Miller lite. Topped the neck with a sweet onion cut in half. Certainly the best chicken I've ever had. I can't imagine how good it will be after some more practice. I did brine these two birds in kosher salt, dark brown sugar, and some orange/lemon juices. I had some trouble with the temp in the ecb due to the Ohio weather, so after smoking to 130 I finished in the oven. Tell me what you think.......................................
