Well it was a balmy 42* F here in eastern Canada , and since I was keepin an eye on the temps , I was ready for a long overdue smoke

.... anyhow hadn't made any jerky in awile , so I pulled out some Hi mountain cracked pepper n garlic cure and seasoned up 3 1/2 # of eye of the sirloin tip , for jerky....for the MES ... and dry brined 2 pcs atlantic salmon to throw in .....

then I figured since I was gonna have to watch the electric , might as well fire up the ol' Q-bottle and do a 5 # meatloaf , 2 racks of sides and a 2 # Fatty ....here's the q-view

1st ...the q-bottle n refreshment
2nd ...fatty, meatloaf n ribs right before foiling ribs
3rd ... temp right on
4th ... beef jerky
5th ...lemon pepper smoked atlantic salmon
